Terms of Service

Who we are

ElchuVanilla is a Minecraft community server. This store sells digital in-game items and perks for use on the ElchuVanilla server only.

Payments

All payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to your purchase.

Your account

You must enter the correct Minecraft username. We are not responsible for purchases made to the wrong username. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying.

Subscriptions

Ranks are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Tebex receipt email or by contacting us on Discord; your rank stays active until the end of the paid period.

Digital items

Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use on the server. We may rebalance, change or replace items and perks to keep the server fair and running; we will give comparable value where an item is removed.

Rules

Purchases do not exempt you from server rules. Players banned for breaking rules do not receive refunds.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in removal of purchased items and a ban from the server.

Availability

We aim to keep the server online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may end the server or this store with notice in our Discord.
